About Waiting Lines for Sales

[IMPORTANT] About Numbered Tickets

Due to the expected large number of visitors, we will distribute digital numbered tickets with QR codes for the safety of our customers and staff. These numbered tickets will be distributed at the "Official Store" booth.

 

Schedules for Numbered Tickets

Pre-sales: May 2 (Thur)

Distribution Time: From 17:45 Distribution Location: Rooftop Exhibition Area (Please follow the staff's directions for the exact location.) Numbered tickets will be distributed randomly to people who came by 17:45. Arriving earlier does not necessarily mean receiving tickets assigned for an earlier time. Please arrive close to the scheduled time. Customers arriving after the scheduled time will receive tickets assigned for the latest time. To receive the tickets assigned for the latest time, visit the "Numbered Ticket Distribution Location" in the Rooftop Exhibition Area.

 

Regular Sales: May 3 (Fri), 4 (Sat)

Distribution Time: From 8:30 Distribution Location: Entrance Plaza Numbered tickets will be distributed randomly to people who came by 8:30. Arriving earlier does not necessarily mean receiving tickets assigned for an earlier time. Please arrive close to the scheduled time. If you arrive after the distribution begins, line up at the general admission. After entrance, you will receive a ticket assigned for the latest time at the "Numbered Ticket Distribution Location" in West Hall 3.

※Distribution may begin earlier depending on circumstances on the event day.
※Numbered tickets will be distributed by staff.
※Numbered tickets do not guarantee the purchase of merchandise.
※Please be careful not to lose your numbered ticket, as one ticket is required for one person to enter.

 

Procedures to enter with a digital numbered ticket

1. Receiving a digital numbered ticket
   A digital numbered ticket with a QR code will be issued.
   Scan the QR code with your smartphone to check the current waiting list status.
   ※Only one numbered ticket will be issued per person, per time. After a purchase, you may line up again to receive another ticket.
   ※There is no need for a special application. However, make sure that your device can read a QR code.
2. If the screen shows "ご来店ください" (Please come to the store), go to the official store meeting place.
   The screen will change when it is time to call for your visit.
   Remember to keep your paper ticket with a QR code when you come.
   You can enter after checking the ticket.
   ※The numbered tickets will be collected. Please be careful not to lose it.

Precautions on Digital Numbered Tickets

• The tickets are valid only on the day and for a specific time after the call. You may have to reissue a new ticket if it becomes invalid.
• There are no options for sound or vibration alarms for the call. Please check the time on your own screen.

Precautions on Waiting Lines for Numbered Tickets

• Do not wait in line all night or early in the morning.
• Follow the staff's instructions for the line.
• Actions such as partitions, cutting in line, interrupting, or any other dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Waiting lines formed before staff's instructions are invalid.
• Waiting lines may be restricted depending on the crowd.
• Follow the instructions and cautions from staff in the waiting line and at the venue.

• Returns or exchanges are only available for initial defects or items missing or damaged due to our fault.
• Designs and specifications of the products are subject to change.
• Product sales may be changed or stopped without prior notice.
• Defective products will be exchanged only at the venue on the day of purchase.
• Refrain from trading in the vicinity of the venue and related facilities.

 

Priority Access for Bushiroad Card Members

 Bushiroad Card Members will get priority access to the official store.
Please come to the designed area by the following meeting time.

　Priority access will not be granted to members who arrive after the assigned time.
※Make sure to bring a Bushiroad Card with you.
※If you have applied for the card but have not received the card yet, show "カード発行手続き完了のお知らせ" to the staff.
※If you have a Bushiroad Card, please use your Bushiroad Card for payment.

About Bushiroad Online Store Pickup

Customers who ordered the "Future Card Buddyfight 10th ANNIVERSARY Card Set" at the Bushiroad Online Store receive the product at the pickup.

 ※Follow the instructions of signs and the staff in the venue.
※You may not specify the pickup time. Pick up your order by the time indicated in the mail.
※The pickup booth opens at 9:00. You may pick it up before the specified time. 　
　For early pickup, visit the booth by 9:00~10:00.
※Even after the pickup time, you may be able to pick it up during sales hours. 　
　Contact the staff near the sales area on the event day.
※For customers who do not pick up on the event day, we will ship it to the registered address, according to the Terms of Use.
