• Admission ticket for "Card Game Festival 2024" is required to participate. Please purchase in advance.

• Applications are accepted for each day.
  If you wish to participate on both days, please apply for each day.
• On the day of the event, a cosplayer pass will be issued after confirmation at the cosplay reception desk.
  At that time, 1,000 Yen (tax included) will be charged for the changing room and cloakroom.
• Participants are not allowed to come to the event in the cosplay costumes.
  Please change to your costumes in the changing room.
  We will check for your cosplayer pass when using the changing room.
• In the venue, please wear your cosplayer pass so it is clearly visible.
  We will not be able to reissue your cosplayer pass, so please handle it with care.
  Note that the cosplayer pass is a sticker type.
• If you wish to check in your baggage, please use the dedicated cloakroom in the changing room.
  We especially ask to check in large baggage such as carts and carry-on bags.
• Only one baggage per person can be checked into the dedicated cloakroom.
  The dedicated cloakroom will be available from the entrance to 17:30.
• You may move around with the cosplay costume only in the venue.
  For details, please check the handouts distributed at the registration desk on the day of the event.

• While cosplaying, please be considerate of your surroundings.
• Please be advised that staff may restrict entry to areas that are expected to be crowded, such as sales areas and stage areas.
• Photography is not allowed outside of the photography area. Please be sure to take photos only in authorized areas.
• For legal compliance and safety reasons, the use or wearing of the following costumes and cosplay items (hereinafter: items) is prohibited, or restricted depending on the situation.

Prohibited or restricted costumes

• Costumes from titles that are not related to Bushiroad, which is not one of the following titles are prohibited: 「Cardfight!! Vanguard」「Card Game Shiyoko」「Rebirth for you」「Shadowverse EVOLVE」「Future Card Buddyfight」 「Revue Starlight」「BanG Dream!」「from ARGONAVIS」「D4DJ」「Teppen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!」「Detective Opera Milky Holmes」 （Ex: Characters who collaborated with the contents are not allowed）
• Costumes that are extremely revealing and may fall under the category of public indecency are prohibited （Ex: Costumes that expose private parts or underwears）
• Costumes that are likely to damage or stain equipment are prohibited （Ex: Ones with undried paint or liquid on them）
• Costumes exceeding either 2m in height or 1m in width are prohibited （Ex: Mechanical costumes or stuffed animals）
• Costumes that drag on the floor are prohibited （Ex: Long hemmed skirts or capes）
• Costumes that limit visibility are restricted （Ex: Helmets, face masks, coverings, eye patches, or bandages　※Except for medical purposes, please remove them outside of the photography areas.）
• Makeup that may cause discomfort to others, such as blood stains, is prohibited
• Costumes that are likely to harm others are prohibited （Ex: Ones that have sharp metal objects fixed）
• Uniforms of occupations involving authority, such as administrative, investigative, or professional, are prohibited (Ex: Police officer, firefighter, security guard ※Actions, speeches, or impersonations that could be mistaken for a professional are also prohibited)
• Others determined by the staff

Prohibited or restricted items

• Items that fall under the Swords and Firearms Control Law are prohibited
• Items that imitate real firearms are prohibited
  ※Toy guns (air guns, gas guns, electric guns) must be discharged of bullets and gas with batteries removed so that those cannot be fired.
  ※Please keep those in a bag while on the move.
