Your adherence to the following precautions is crucial. Failure to comply may result in your inability to enter or removal from the venue.
Please be aware that the following precautions are subject to change. To stay informed, please check them before attending the event.
General Precautions
- The event's content may be changed or canceled on the day due to unavoidable circumstances or reasons on the part of the organizer.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff during the event.
You may be asked to leave the venue if you do not follow the instructions. - Due to congestion on the event day, entry to booths and areas within the venue may be restricted.
- The organizer and venue will not be responsible for any problems between visitors.
- All items distributed at the venue are limited in number.
- Media coverage will be conducted at the venue during the event by various media outlets.
Please note that media photos and videos may be used in different media articles. - Food is not allowed in the venue except in designated areas.
Only drinks in water bottles or PET bottles with lids are allowed. - Please cooperate in separating and sorting garbage at the venue.
- Actions toward artists, such as ambush, contacting, chasing, or calling out, are strictly prohibited.
We kindly request your understanding to ensure the best performance from the artists.
※Prohibited actions are not limited to the list above. We may ask you to leave if you take disruptive or offensive actions.
Precautions on Tickets and Door Gifts
- Only one person is admitted per ticket. (Children under 12 may enter without a ticket but are not eligible for the door gift.)
- We do not guarantee admissions with tickets purchased through non-authorized sales channels.
- Damaged/lost tickets or wristbands cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
- Please note that tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Door gift exchange is only valid on the date and venue indicated on the ticket.6. Door gift exchange will end when the door gift is out of stock.
Precautions on Prohibited Items
- Hazardous materials such as knives, explosives, and other items prohibited by law are strictly prohibited.
- Please note that certain items may not be allowed in the venue under the judgment of on-site staff.

Please note the following if you plan to arrange a flower stand.

Other Notes
- Please retrieve your flower stand at the end of the event.
Please inform the vendor in advance so they can retrieve it. - Please note that flower stands with address or phone number tags will not be accepted — especially for corporate organizations.
- Please note that flower stands delivered outside the specified time will not be accepted.
- Please note that we may be unable to display decorations or arrangements larger than the specified size due to space limitations.
- Flower stands will be set up in the venue (including outside the venue premises) according to the organizer's judgment based on the hall use regulations and the Fire Prevention Law.
- Please note that the installation location or order cannot be specified.
- Please note that the organizer is not responsible for deliveries late to the specified time due to traffic jams or other delivery problems.
- Please note that only the nameplate will be displayed for the items that cannot be displayed due to the lack of space.
