 Important  About Merchandise Numbered Tickets

Due to the large number of attendees expected, we plan to distribute digital numbered tickets using a "QR code" system.
These numbered tickets will apply to the Official Store area.

Scheduled Distribution Time for Merchandise Numbered Tickets

※ Distribution start times may shift depending on the day's circumstances.
※ Numbered tickets will be handed out directly by staff.
※ Holding a numbered ticket does not guarantee the ability to purchase products.
※ Each person may receive one ticket only; please do not lose it, as it will be required for entry.
※ Even during business hours, distribution will end once the planned number of tickets has been handed out.

Flow: From Receiving Your Digital Numbered Ticket to Entering the Store　

1. Receive Your Numbered Ticket
   You will receive a digital numbered ticket with a printed QR code.
   By scanning the QR code with your own smartphone, you can check your current queue status and estimated wait time.
   ※ Each person may receive only one ticket per visit. If you finish shopping and wish to shop again, you may rejoin the queue by receiving a new "end-of-line" ticket.
   ※ No special app is required, but please ensure your device can scan QR codes.
2. Enter via the General Admission Line
   Once you receive your numbered ticket, please line up in the general admission queue to enter the venue.
   ※ Guests with early numbers may be called to enter in advance. If so, staff will inform you at the time of ticket distribution—please follow their instructions.
3. When Your Screen Displays “Please Proceed to the Store”
   Please head to the Official Store gathering point (in front of the Official Store, West 1 Halls).
   When it's your turn, the screen will update.
   Please also bring the printed paper version of your numbered ticket with the QR code—do not lose it.
   After confirming your ticket, you will be allowed to enter.
   ※ Your ticket will be collected upon entry.
   ※ Groups of ticket numbers will be called together, so your number may not be called in strict numerical order.
   ※ The numbered ticket is only valid for the day of issue. You must enter within approximately 1 hour of your number being called. Late arrivals may be denied entry.
   ※ There will be no sound or vibration notifications. Please check your screen manually for updates.
   ※ If you wish to enter with a companion, please wait and enter together when the later ticket number is called.
   　 (Example: If your number is 100 and your companion’s is 300, both of you may enter together when number 300 is called. This also applies to children and those requiring assistance.)

※ Important Notices – Please Read Carefully ※

• The area around the venue is public space. Overnight waiting or early morning queuing (before the day of the event) is strictly prohibited as it may disturb local residents.
• All lines will be formed under the direction of event staff.
• Please follow staff instructions regarding lining up and line movement.
• Activities such as self-managed line formation, holding spots, cutting in line, or any dangerous behavior that may disturb other guests are strictly prohibited.
• Any unofficial lines formed before the staff begin line organization will be deemed invalid.
• If crowding occurs, we may restrict the formation of lines.
• Please follow all instructions and guidance provided by staff while waiting in line or inside the venue.
• Products scheduled for sale may also be offered at other events or through limited online sales.
• Except in cases of initial defects or damage due to our error, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Product designs and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• Sales plans may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
• In principle, defective item exchanges will be handled only on the day of purchase and only at the venue.
• Please refrain from conducting trading activities near the venue or within related facilities, as it may disturb other guests.
• Sitting on the floor or spreading out merchandise inside the sales area is prohibited.
• Meeting up with companions or staying for extended periods inside the sales area is also prohibited.
  Staff may approach you and ask you to leave the area if necessary.

 Important  Priority Merchandise Access for Bushiroad Credit Card Members

Bushiroad Card members will be given priority entry to the Official Store.
Please arrive at the designated location by the assembly time listed below.

Please arrive at the designated location during the time window above. Guests will be guided in the order they line up.

※ Please follow the instructions of the staff. If you arrive after the deadline, priority entry will no longer apply. Please proceed with general admission and obtain an end-of-line ticket.
※ Please be sure to bring your Bushiroad Credit Card on the day.
※ If you have completed your Bushiroad Card registration but have not yet received the physical card, please show the confirmation email titled "Bushiroad Credit Card Issuance Completed" to staff.
※ Please use your Bushiroad Credit Card when making payments at the Official Store.
