For All Applicants and Participants of Card Game Festival 2026
Those who apply for or participate in GENDA GiGO Entertainment presents Card Game Festival 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) are requested to carefully read and agree to the following notices (hereinafter “these Notices”) before applying or participating.
By applying for or participating in the Event, you are deemed to have agreed to these Notices.
Participation & Application Conditions
- For ticket purchases and preorders, please also review the Admission Ticket / Area Information pages as well as the information and notices provided by eplus.
- Participants must register with the tournament management tool used for the Event (e.g., ブシナビ) and complete participation procedures through that tool.
- This does not apply to events such as trial sessions or workshops that do not use BushiNavi.
- Participants must meet any additional participation requirements individually set for the Event.
- Participants must not be subject to entry bans or participation bans (including permanent bans) from Bushiroad-hosted or Bushiroad-supported card game events due to penalties.
※ If it is discovered that a person under penalty has purchased tickets, applied via the tournament management tool, visited, or participated in the Event, stricter penalties may be imposed.
Common Rules for Official Events
- When participating in TCG tournament events, please review and comply with the Bushiroad TCG Basic Floor Rules and any Event-specific guidelines.
- Participants in highly competitive events (e.g., championship qualifier events) are also encouraged to review the Bushiroad TCG Advanced Floor Rules.
- Announcements over the venue PA system to call friends or acquaintances are not available.
Please decide on contact and meeting methods in advance.
- Participants under 18 years old must obtain parental consent before attending.
- If you feel unwell, or if you have a fever significantly higher than your normal temperature (1°C above normal or 37.5°C / 99.5°F or higher), please refrain from attending.
- Please manage your health responsibly during the Event by staying hydrated and taking breaks as needed.
- Parking and bicycle parking are not provided by Bushiroad. Please check nearby facilities on your own.
- Please cooperate with garbage sorting within the venue.
Disclaimer
- The organizer and venue assume no responsibility for disputes between participants.
- Please manage your valuables, purchased items, and personal belongings carefully.
The organizer and venue are not responsible for theft or loss.
- Due to congestion, entry to booths or areas may be restricted.
- Distributed items are limited in quantity.
- The Event may be changed, suspended, or canceled due to natural disasters or requests from government authorities or facilities.
- In such cases, transportation or accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed.
Prohibited Actions
If any of the following actions are identified, penalties or removal from the venue may occur.
In such cases, no refunds (including ticket fees) will be provided.
- Behavior that causes inconvenience to other participants.
- Bringing dangerous items or items deemed inappropriate by staff.
- Overnight waiting or late-night attendance.
- Trading, gifting, reselling, or personal sales of cards or goods unrelated to official Event content.
- Use of playmats or sleeves made with logos or illustrations without rights-holder permission.
- Photography, video recording, or audio recording outside permitted areas or without permission.
- Entering the venue while intoxicated or consuming alcohol other than what is sold at the venue.
- Bringing beverages without lids (including items purchased at the venue) into play areas.
- Eating outside designated areas.
- Smoking outside designated areas.
- Waiting for, following, approaching, calling out to, or making contact with performers.
- Wearing excessively revealing or offensive clothing.
- Refusing to follow staff instructions.
Media Coverage & Recording
Media coverage, including photography and video recording, may take place during the Event. Recorded materials may be used in various media outlets.
Some matches may be recorded or livestreamed on platforms such as YouTube.
Players may be instructed to use sleeves provided by the tournament organizers.
Winners may be asked to participate in commemorative photo sessions.
Identification Requirements
Participants may be required to present valid photo identification.
Depending on the event, ID with address information may be required. Please review the Event details carefully.
Failure to present acceptable ID may result in refusal of entry or participation, with no compensation provided.

- My Number Card (Japanese ID card)
- Passport
- Resident Basic Register Card (with photo)
- Government-issued disability or welfare ID (with photo)
- Residence card or special permanent resident certificate
- Student ID

※ For My Number Cards, present the front side only.
※ Smartphone-based My Number Cards are not accepted.
※ Do not alter official documents in any way.
Personal Information Handling
Personal information collected for the Event will be used solely for Event operations.
If there are co-organizers, information may be jointly used within the scope of Event operations after notification.
All personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with Bushiroad’s Privacy Policy.
Notes on Prohibited Items
Bringing knives, explosives, other dangerous items, or items prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.
Any items deemed dangerous by on-site staff will also be prohibited.
To the ones Applying for and Participating in Cosplay
Notes on Participation
To participate, an admission ticket to Card Game Festival 2025 is required. Please purchase in advance.
On the day of the event, registration details will be verified at the cosplay desk and a Cosplay Registration Badge will be issued.
A 1,000 yen (tax included) fee will be charged for use of changing rooms and cloakroom services.
Arriving at the venue in cosplay is strictly prohibited. Please use the designated changing rooms.
A Cosplay Registration Badge is required to use the changing rooms.
The badge must be worn visibly at all times inside the venue. Lost badges will not be reissued.
The badge is planned to be in the form of a sticker.
Personal belongings must be stored in the dedicated cloakroom inside the changing room area.
Large items such as carts or suitcases must be checked in.
One item per person may be stored in the cloakroom.
Cloakroom hours: from venue opening until 30 minutes before closing.
Movement in cosplay is limited to inside the venue only.
Please refer to materials distributed at on-site registration for full details.
Notes Regarding Cosplay
While participating in cosplay, please be mindful of your surroundings at all times.
In areas where congestion is expected, such as merchandise booths and stage areas, entry in cosplay may be restricted at the discretion of staff. Thank you for your understanding.
To ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to maintain safety, the use or wearing of the following costumes and cosplay items (hereinafter referred to as “items”) is prohibited or may be restricted depending on the situation.
Costumes Prohibited or Restricted
- Costumes from titles not approved for cosplay
Costumes from titles unrelated to Bushiroad are prohibited
(e.g., collaboration characters with other content are not permitted.)
- Costumes with excessive exposure that may be considered public indecency are prohibited
(e.g., outfits where private parts or underwear are visible, or where private parts are visible through sheer material.)
- Costumes that are highly likely to damage or stain venue facilities are prohibited
(e.g., costumes with wet paint or liquids attached.)
- Costumes exceeding either 2 meters in height or 1 meter in width are prohibited
(e.g., large mechanical costumes or full-body suits/mascots.)
- Costumes that drag on the floor are prohibited
(e.g., long skirts or capes.)
- Costumes that obstruct vision
(helmets, masks, etc.)
- Costumes that restrict visibility are subject to restrictions
(e.g., helmets, face coverings, masks, eye patches, or bandages.Items worn for medical purposes are exempt; however, such items must be removed outside designated photo areas.)
- Makeup that may cause discomfort to others, such as fake blood, is prohibited.
- Costumes that pose a high risk of causing injury to others are prohibited
(e.g., costumes with fixed sharp metal parts.)
- Uniforms of professions with official authority (administrative, investigative, or operational roles) are prohibited
(e.g., police officers, firefighters, security guards.Not only the costume itself, but also behavior, speech, or impersonation that may cause confusion with actual professionals is prohibited.)
- Any other items deemed inappropriate by staff.

Prohibited / Restricted Items
- Items violating firearm and sword possession laws
- Realistic replica firearms
※Toy guns must be unloaded, depressurized, and have batteries removed
※During transit, store them in bags or cases
Photography Rules
- Photography is allowed only in designated areas.
Always obtain consent from identifiable subjects before photographing.
- Secret photography or unauthorized posting online or on social media is prohibited.
- Ensure safety while shooting; use of strong lights is prohibited.
- Staff may halt photography during congested times or locations.
- Prohibited actions include:
- Prolonged photography of a single person
- Surrounding a subject with multiple photographers
- Forcing poses
- Extreme low-angle shots
- Close-ups of private areas
- Posting photos online without permission
- Persistent harassment or solicitation of contact information
- Poses that damage the image of the work
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate by staff
- Failure to comply after warnings may result in photography suspension or removal from the venue.
Prohibited Equipment
- Infrared or hidden cameras
- Tripods and monopods
- Reflectors
- Large strobes or lights with stands
- Any other equipment deemed inappropriate by staff
