Only 1 transaction per customer.New products are limited to a purchase of up to 5 items, and trading products are limited to a purchase of up to 3 boxes.
※Please note that a limited quantity of new and pre-sale items will be reserved for April 30th, and if the April 29th stock is sold out, there will be a limited re-sale of these items from the opening of April 30th.

Regarding waiting line for merchandise sales
【Important】Regarding numbered tickets
Due to the expected high number of customers, we will be distributing digital numbered tickets using "QR codes" to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
These numbered tickets are designated for the "Official Store" booth.
Numbered tickets distribution period and location
Both April 29th (Sat) and 30th (Sun) will distribute tickets from 7:30.
Those who complete the lineup by 7:30 will receive a randomly shuffled ticket.
Please note that you may only receive a lower-numbered ticket if you come early.
Please come to the venue within the scheduled time.
If you lined up after 7:31, please line up at the end of the general admission waiting line.
After entering, we will issue the number in order of reception at the official store area.
※Depending on the situation on the day, the start time of distribution may be earlier or later.
※The numbered tickets will be handed out by our staff.
※A numbered ticket does not guarantee the purchase of a product.
※Please keep your numbered ticket safe, as one ticket per person is required for entry.
The process of obtaining digital numbered tickets to enter the venue
- Receive a numbered ticket at the venue
A digital ticket with a printed QR code will be issued.
Scanning the QR code with your smartphone allows you to check the current waiting status and other information.
※Tickets are limited to 1 per person.
※No particular app is required, but please make sure your smartphone can read QR codes. - When the screen displays "Please come to the store," please proceed to the entrance of the official store.
When your number is called, the screen will change.
Please bring the paper ticket with the printed QR code when you come, and do not lose it.
After confirming the ticket, you will be allowed to enter.
※The tickets will be collected, so please be careful to keep them.
Notes on digital numbered tickets
- The admission number ticket is valid only on the day and has a specific valid time from when you are called.
If the valid time has passed, the ticket becomes invalid, and you may need to get a new ticket. - There is no notification function by sound or vibration when your ticket is called. Please check your screen for your assigned time.
- Depending on the number of people inside the venue on the day, we may have to limit the number of people to enter. Therefore, the "number of people called at one time" and the "order of guidance" may change.
- The number of people waiting displayed is an approximate guide and may vary depending on the situation.
- Please note that the numbered tickets cannot transfer to others.
- You can enter anytime after being called, but to prevent congestion at the merchandise booth, please cooperate by entering within 30 minutes after you called.
- We will lift the admission restrictions when all the numbered tickets are gone, but we may have to implement the limits again depending on the congestion inside the venue.
- We do not offer equipment rental, such as power sources for charging or "Wi-Fi device" at this event.
- Announcements regarding the "End of numbered ticket distribution" or the "Start of free admission" will be announced through the Official Twitter(@bushi_tcgfes).
Notes on waiting line for numbered tickets
- The area around the venue is a public place, so please refrain from waiting overnight or early in the morning, as it may cause inconvenience to nearby residents.
- The queue will be formed according to staff instructions.
Please follow the staff's instructions on queuing and moving in line. - Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as dividing lines, occupying spaces, cutting in line, and dangerous behavior, are prohibited inside the venue.
- The waiting line formed before the staff begins to organize it will be invalid.
- If the line becomes congested, we may restrict its formation.
- Please follow the staff's instructions and warnings in the waiting line and at the venue.

- The products we plan to sell may also be sold at other events or limited sales.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges except for initial defects in purchased products or missing/damaged products due to our responsibility.
- Please note that the design and specifications of the products may be subject to change.
- Please note that changes or discontinuation of sales may occur without prior notice.
- Generally, we only accept exchanges for defective products on the day of purchase at the venue.
- Please refrain from trading activities in the vicinity of the venue and related facilities as it may cause inconvenience to other customers.
Priority information for Bushiroad Card members for merchandise sales
Please gather at the designated meeting place inside the venue between 8:00-8:45.
※The meeting place is planned to be West Hall 3.
Please follow the signboards and instructions of the staff set up in the venue.
Please note that after 8:45, please join the general admission waiting line and proceed to the official store area.
※Please be sure to bring your Bushiroad Card on the day.
※If you have completed the application process but have not yet received your card, please present the email screen titled "Notice of completion of card issuance procedures" to our staff.
※For customers with a Bushiroad Card, we kindly ask you to pay with your Bushiroad Card.
