Important Notices for the Event
Please note that we may deny your entry, if you are not following the instructions below.
- We may have to change or cancel the plan due to the shifts in circumstances.
- Please follow the staff's instructions during the event. If you are not following, you may ask to leave.
- Admission to each venue may be limited depending on the congestion situation.
- Management is not responsible for any troubles between visitors.
- The items distributed at the venue are limited in number.
- Various interviews will conduct at the venue during the event.
Please noted that captured photographs and videos may be used in various articles. - Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the venue except in designated area.
Only sealable drinks, such as water bottles or plastic bottles, are allowed to bring inside the venue.
Please refrain from eating and drinking with a large number of people. - We kindly ask for your cooperation in separating and disposing of waste at the venue.
- Activities toward casts such as “Waiting for arrival” “Waiting outside” “Ambushing” “Chasing” “Talking” “Touching” are strictly prohibited.
We appreciate your understanding and corporation in ensuring the performers appear in the best possible condition. - In addition to the above, please note that if you engage in disruptive behavior, we may prohibit you from entering the venue.
COVID-19 Safety guideline and the Event guideline
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, we kindly request your cooperation in understanding the purpose of preventing the spread of infection and the following items listed below.
Please note that we may refuse entry if you cannot cooperate.

In response to the Individual Decision on Wearing Masks from March 13th announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we would like to add the following measures for "Bushiroad Card Game Festival 2023".
Regarding attendance at "Bushiroad Card Game Festival 2023"
- We leave it to the individual's judgment whether to wear a mask or not.
Please note that regardless of whether you are wearing a mask or not, the organizers will not make any remarks or guidance. - We will check the temperature at the entrance. Please note that those with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher will be refused entry.
- Please refrain from visiting the event if you have any of the following symptoms:
1．Fever higher than average body temperature (e.g.,1℃ or above average body temperature, or a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher)
2．Symptoms such as coughing, dyspnea,fatigue, sore throat,runny or stuffy nose, loss of taste or smell, muscle or body aches, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting - We kindly ask you to cooperate with hand washing, sanitizing, and cough etiquette.
- Our staff and authorized personnel will try to disinfect their hands, take temperature readings, and manage their health before starting work.
- We are enhancing ventilation through air conditioning and opening entrances and exits.
- Suppose there is a request for self-restraint in holding events from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, administrative agencies, or local governments. In that case, the event may be postponed or canceled.
Even if there is no request for self-restraint, we may comprehensively evaluate the spread of infection and postpone, cancel, or change the contents of the event.
Regarding Branch store booth and TCG Branch store area
- Wearing masks at the branch store booth, TCG Branch store area, and by the staff of each company will be left to the discretion of each company.
Regarding congratulatory flower
Please note the following points if you arrange a flower stand by yourself

April 28th, 2023 (Fri) 10:00-15:00 - Collection Time
April 30th, 2023 (Sun) 18:00-19:00
After the event, please be sure to bring back the stand.
Please inform the arranged company in advance that the stand needs to be collected.
Other prohibited items
- Please note that stands with "address" and "telephone number" written on them cannot install in the venue (especially for corporate groups).
- Please note that we can only accept the delivery within the time mentioned above.
- Due to space limitations in the venue, we may be able to decorate or arrange stands within the specified size, decoration, and arrangement. Please understand in advance.
- The placement of stand flowers inside the venue (including outside the venue premises) will be determined by the organizer following the hall usage regulations and fire laws and will install in no particular order.
Please note that we cannot specify the installation location or order in advance. - Please note that in case of delivery delays due to traffic jams or other delivery troubles, we cannot take responsibility for such cases on the organizer's side.
- We may only display the name tag for items that cannot decorate due to lack of space. Please understand in advance.
