The organizer and venue will not be held responsible for any troubles or disputes between attendees.
All giveaways distributed at the venue are available in limited quantities.
Various media outlets may be conducting interviews and filming during the event.
Photos or videos taken during such coverage may be used in media articles or other publications. Please understand this in advance.
Eating is generally prohibited inside the venue except in designated areas.
Only beverages with caps (such as water bottles or thermos bottles) are allowed inside the venue.
Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. (Excludes officially sold beverages within venue booths.)
Please cooperate with proper waste separation within the venue.
Acts such as waiting for performers before or after the event, ambushing, chasing, calling out to, or attempting to make contact with them are strictly prohibited.
We ask for your understanding so that performers can participate in the event in the best possible condition.
For the safety of all and in consideration of the venue and nearby residents, overnight queuing and arriving during late-night hours are strictly prohibited.
All acts of trading, giving, reselling, or personal sales of cards or merchandise among attendees within the venue are strictly prohibited.
We do not provide paging services to call friends or acquaintances inside the venue.
Please decide in advance on how to contact or meet up in case you get separated.

Bringing dangerous items such as blades, explosives, or any objects prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.
Items deemed dangerous by on-site staff will also not be allowed into the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to arrange for a flower stand on your own, please adhere to the following guidelines

We do not accept gifts for performers or characters. Please refrain from sending or bringing any items.
Flower stands must be collected after the event ends.
Please make sure to inform the flower stand vendor in advance about the pickup schedule.
Flower stand tags must not include addresses or phone numbers.
Please note that any stands with such information—especially from corporate entities—will not be displayed.
Deliveries outside the specified date and time will not be accepted.
Stands exceeding the specified size or with elaborate decorations may not be displayed due to space limitations.
Stand placement (including any outdoor locations within the venue grounds) will be determined by the organizer in accordance with venue regulations and fire safety laws. Placement will be arranged in no particular order.
We cannot accept requests for specific placement or display order.
Please understand that the organizer is not responsible for any delivery delays due to traffic or other issues.
In cases where space is insufficient to display the entire stand, only the nameplate may be displayed.
