Event Guidelines
Regarding celebratory flowers and gifts
We will not be accepting any celebratory flowers or dressing-room bouquets.
Additionally, we are unable to accept gifts or fan letters. There will be no gift box available on-site.
Examples of Prohibited Actions
Below are examples of prohibited actions. (Please note that these are only examples, and prohibited behavior is not limited to the items listed below.)
- Ignoring guidance or instructions from event staff, running, or pushing aside other attendees, staff, or personnel.
- Acts such as shoving, hitting, pushing through others, or intimidating other guests or staff.
- At events with designated seating, leaving your assigned seat and moving to any seat other than the one indicated on your ticket.
Except for necessary situations such as going to the restroom or leaving due to unavoidable circumstances.
Prohibited actions include exchanging seats with others, blocking aisles, running away from your designated seat, or entering another attendee’s seat.
- Participating in the event while intoxicated, or consuming alcohol or smoking during the event.
- Using mobile phones.
If absolutely necessary, please use them in the lobby or designated areas.
- Bringing cameras, video cameras, IC recorders, or other recording devices (“recording equipment”).
If such devices are found during bag checks or inside the venue, staff will temporarily hold them and return them after the event ends.
- Bringing hazardous items such as hammers, objects longer than 30 cm that could be used as weapons, highly flammable materials, raw food (excluding permitted beverages), or any items deemed dangerous by staff.
If discovered during bag checks or inside the venue, you will be asked to dispose of them on the spot.
If disposal is refused, entry will be denied or you may be asked to leave mid-event.

Bringing non-commercial, modified, or over-30 cm long glow sticks/penlights; glow sticks with extremely high brightness; connected penlights; safety batons; or other lighting devices.
If discovered, disposal will be required; refusal will result in denied entry or removal.
- Even commercially sold glow sticks/penlights may not be used in ways that disturb others—such as swinging, throwing, holding four or more in one hand, repeatedly flashing lights, or aggressively rotating them overhead.
- Holding fans or message boards (excluding the handle) with a surface diameter over 30 cm above chest level, or using them in a way that may disturb others.
- Holding plush toys or non-event-intended items above chest level, or swinging them in a manner that may disturb others.
- Climbing onto seats or railings, or jumping from seats or railings.
- Shouting loudly, screaming, making loud noises, excessive arm-swinging, or excessive jumping that disrupts the event.
- Moshing, diving, sitting on shoulders, or pushing forcefully in one direction.

Bringing flags, banners, or noisemaking support items.
If discovered, disposal will be required; refusal will result in denied entry or removal.
- Entering with tickets obtained through unofficial or unauthorized means.
- Any other actions that involve not following the instructions of the organizer or event staff.
Witnessing Disturbing or Disruptive Behavior
If you observe any prohibited actions or behavior similar to those listed, please notify the nearest staff member.
Enhanced Bag Inspection
To ensure thorough checks for prohibited items, strict bag inspections will be conducted upon entry.
As this may require additional time during admission, please plan to arrive with sufficient time to spare.
Disclaimer
If a customer is injured or suffers any other damage as a result of engaging in prohibited behavior, behavior similar to such actions, or by causing disorder due to not following staff instructions, the organizer, venue, performers, and all event-related personnel shall bear no responsibility.
Regarding Ticket Resale and Transfer
The resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
To prevent unauthorized resale, identity verification may be conducted for all attendees before entry.
Please be sure to bring one official photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, residence card, disability certificate, photo credit card, photo Juki card, My Number card, etc.) or one photo student ID (student handbook/school ID).
If you only possess a non-photo student ID (student handbook/school ID), you must bring two items:your non-photo student ID, and your health insurance card (in your name) or a copy of it.
If you are unable to present proper identification, you may be denied entry.
※Distributing tickets to accompanying guests via eplus "Smart Ticket (スマチケ)" is allowed.
Additionally, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please review and adhere to the guidelines below.
Failure to comply may result in strict measures, including removal from the venue.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Please read these precautions carefully before attending the event.
Other Notes
- Tickets are valid only for the performance date and venue printed on the ticket.
- A single ticket may not be used by multiple people (one ticket admits one person only).
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- Except in cases of event cancellation or postponement, ticket refunds will not be issued for any reason, regardless of circumstances.
- Alcohol will not be sold inside the venue, and bringing alcohol into the venue is strictly prohibited.
- Photography inside the venue is generally prohibited; however, photos may be taken during designated allowed segments and after the event, provided it does not disturb other attendees.
Please be aware that uploading images online (SNS, etc.) that include other attendees’ faces may infringe on their portrait rights.
- Cameras will be installed inside the venue for recording purposes. Please note that attendees may appear in photos or video released at a later date.
- Sitting, gathering, or occupying space around the venue is prohibited, as it may disturb other attendees and nearby residents.
If disruptive behavior is confirmed, strict actions such as banning entry may be taken, even outside the venue.
- Overnight waiting around the venue is prohibited as it causes inconvenience to nearby residents.
- Transportation and accommodation costs to attend the event are the responsibility of the attendee.
- Event content is subject to change without notice. Due to weather, performer circumstances, or other reasons, the event may be canceled if unavoidable.
- Depending on your seat, parts of the staging or performance may be difficult or impossible to see.
- Please refrain from bringing bulky luggage, such as suitcases, that cannot be stored within your seating area.
- In addition to the above, if staff determine that any behavior may interfere with the event production or trouble surrounding attendees, staff may speak to you.
In such cases, please follow their instructions.
If you ignore instructions and cause disorder resulting in injury or other issues, the organizers, venue, and performers accept no responsibility.
- Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal from the venue. No ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
If the above rules are not followed and dangerous situations arise—such as property damage or accidents—the performance may be temporarily suspended or canceled. We ask for your understanding in advance.
With these measures in place and with your cooperation, we will work to ensure that the event can be held safely.
