Precautions on the Event

  • The organizer will not be held responsible if you cannot reach the venue or arrive late and miss your desired event due to weather or transportation delays.
  • The event may be canceled due to natural disasters or unforeseen accidents.
  • Please take care of your own luggage and valuables. We will not be responsible for any theft or misplacement at the venue.
  • If you feel sick or injured, please immediately notify the nearest staff member.
  • No activities that may cause inconvenience to others (interrupting lines, changing clothes in restrooms or aisles, occupying space in large groups, waving objects around, etc.) or bringing dangerous or prohibited items into the venue are allowed.
  • Resale or transfer of items obtained at the event, including admission tickets, for commercial purposes, resale or transfer at a higher price than the amount paid, or resale or transfer to an unspecified number of people at auctions, social networking sites, etc., is strictly prohibited. The organizer will not be involved in any trouble between visitors regarding this.
